In accordance with our professional rules we are obliged to inform you in writing of the basis on which we provide our services, making it clear from the outset what you, as our client, and us, as your legal representative, can expect in various circumstances. These terms will not limit our professional duty as licensed conveyancer to safeguard your interests and to provide proper legal advice.

When you request an estimate of our fees and disbursements we will also provide you with a copy of our Terms of Business. Before instructing us you must confirm having read and understood these.

If you request an estimate and choose to instruct us on-line, we shall immediately commence work by writing to you with an instruction form for you to complete and return. You will also be required to provide evidence of your identity from the outset and this will help to avoid any delays later on.

We offer a "no-sale no-fee" option and details can be provided on request.

Our firm observes strict client confidentiality and you can be assured that any information provided to us will be kept secure and confidential. The information is required to enable us to reply to your on-line enquiry and to take instructions. As a result of maintaining the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of client information your details will not be provided to any third parties other than government regulating bodies such as the Council for Licensed Conveyancers or SOCA.
